We would like to inform you about measures we have taken, based on the current corona virus situation. We have to take responsibility to flatten the curve.
Due to the business continuity management of our information security system, according to ISO 27001, we have implemented processes and measures, which are effective in such an unusual situation.
Most important facts for you:
- Projects and service & support will continue as before. We’ll report individually to our customers on current projects.
- The operation and support of the hosting services are completely guaranteed.
We have initiated the following measures and more:
- Most of our employees are already working from home, but remain accessible and capable of acting for respective contact person.
- We are currently completely ceasing all of our travel activities and office appointments and accelerate telephone, e-mail and video conferences.
- Focused coordination of measures to maintain cooperation with our suppliers and partners.
Due to the closed schools, kindergartens, etc., our employees with children have to restructure their family life and as a family-friendly company we provide them with the necessary time. We are as committed to our employees and their families as we are to our customers. We therefore ask for your understanding for delays in support orders, which may ocassionally occur.
